  • Degree in business or equivalent (preferred).
  • 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Exceptional client service with strong communication.
  • Operationally minded with tech aptitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problem solver under pressure.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Logical, resourceful, proactive problem-solver.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin; read/write Traditional Chinese.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; SAP experience preferred.
