  • Manage post-sale client service for sales, from auction to payment and shipping.
  • Assist buyers and sellers through the post-sale process.
  • Facilitate post-sale transactions (invoicing, payments, returns) and client communications.
  • Coordinate shipping quotes/deliveries; liaise with Logistics for client shippers.
  • Ensure financial transactions comply with corporate governance.
  • Partner with other departments to respond to inquiries and complete transactions.

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent client service with active listening, empathy and patience.
  • Calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Strong numeracy; basic bookkeeping experience advantageous.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication; well-presented and friendly.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving skills and follow-through; resourceful.
  • Discretion; ability to work independently or in a team; multilingual a plus; SAP experience desirable.
