  • Manage and grow Key Account relationships in Greater Grand Rapids.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and pursue new business.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing and retail partners on sales activities.
  • Use data analytics to drive decisions and performance metrics.
  • Oversee retailer interactions and Salesforce activity.
  • Build relationships with owners, buyers, managers and budtenders.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
  • 5+ years leading Key Account relationships with revenue impact
  • 5+ years sales in CPG, spirits/wine/beer, or cannabis preferred
  • Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • ERP distribution experience a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation and pass MVR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with premium brand companies
  • Passion for the cannabis industry
