📋 Description

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling for high-volume Tech TA portfolio
• Manage candidate communications throughout interview lifecycle
• Serve as day-of contact for virtual interviews via Zoom
• Maintain ATS hygiene in Greenhouse to ensure visibility into candidate status
• Partner with Tech TA recruiters to build pipelines and campaigns
• Develop foundational understanding of sourcing campaigns and channels

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in recruiting coordination or talent operations
• 1+ years active sourcing: Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Hands-on ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred)
• Manage complex calendars and high-volume scheduling
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Passion for candidate experience and process improvement
