  • Strong understanding of ethical selling and Nigerian compliance.
  • Experience with QA processes: call monitoring, evaluation, feedback.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
  • Proficient in SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word for reporting.
  • Experience with CRM/CC tools (3CX, Freshdesk, FreshChat).
  • Highly organized and quick to learn new systems.
