- Strong communication; experience with CRM systems (FreshDesk, 3CX).
- Proficient in CRM systems; ability to manage customer data accurately.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented abilities.
- Proactive team player with customer-focused approach; fast-paced environment.
