Telehealth RN Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Advocate Nurses.
• Oversee daily operations of the Advocate Nurse team, including scheduling.
• Identify issues and drive process improvements with root-cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and standardize processes.

🎯 Requirements

• BSN required; unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum five years nursing experience; telehealth two+ years preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and phone systems.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• Experience in data-driven environments using reports.
• Willing to work varied schedule including evenings/nights/weekends.
