🎯 Requirements

- Strong GDMT knowledge; educate on HF meds and adherence.
- CA RN license (compact) required; other licenses (NY, IL, FL, MO, KY, RI) preferred.
- Telemedicine/phone triage experience; EMR systems; Google products.
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred; remote HIPAA-compliant work; some holidays.
