Telehealth Psychiatric Physician Assistant - Eating Disorders (EST)

📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric assessments and medication management via telehealth for eating disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (therapist, dietitian, mentors).
• Consult outside providers for ongoing treatment.
• Implement medication plans in a virtual clinic setting.
• Evaluate ED-related medical risk within psychiatric care scope.
• Engage in team meetings and perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certification as a Psychiatric Physician Assistant
• Active license where patients reside; willing to license elsewhere (paid by Equip)
• Commitment to evidence-based care and ongoing professional development
• Effective communication with patients and carers; timely responses
• Curious, eager to learn; participate in multidisciplinary team
• Comfort with ED patients, emotion dysregulation, trauma, mood/anxiety disorders, ADHD

• Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually + 15% bonus potential
