Telehealth Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Eating Disorders (EST)

📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management for eating disorders via telehealth.
• Provide psychiatric assessments and consultations to outside providers for ongoing care.
• Implement medication treatment plans for ED and co-occurring conditions in a virtual clinic.
• Evaluate ED-related medical risk within psychiatric care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of medical providers, dietitians, therapists, and mentors.
• Use between-session messaging to support patients via Equip’s EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certification as a PMHNP.
• Active PMHNP license in patient states; willing to license other states (paid by Equip).
• Commitment to evidence-based care and ongoing professional development.
• Effective communication with patients and carers; timely responses.
• Curious, eager to learn; active in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience treating EDs and co-occurring conditions; HAES and gender-affirming care.
