Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

📋 Description

• Virtual evaluation of patients and care plan creation per protocols.
• Prescribe and titrate medications per guidelines and standards.
• Respond to nursing alerts about vitals and physiologic data and symptoms.
• Manage changes in clinical status within scope; escalate out-of-scope to physician.
• Coordinate meds, labs, and virtual appointments with nursing.
• Educate patients on healthy behaviors and self-management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner; chronic care in diabetes/hypertension.
• Completed accredited FNP program with national certification.
• Active licensure in 3+ states (AZ/CA/FL or more).
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed.
• Previous telehealth experience preferred.
• Proficient in multiple EMRs and Google products.
