🎯 Requirements
- Current LVN license in California; good standing
- Minimum 2 years hands-on nursing experience
- Telehealth and chronic care management experience preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with patient phone triage or telemedicine
- Proficient with multiple EMRs/EHRs and Google Workspace
