Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner - Eating Disorders (PST-Remote)

📋 Description

• Manage a high volume patient caseload.
• Assess and diagnose eating disorders and co-occurring conditions (psychiatric consult available).
• Implement medication plans in a virtual telehealth clinic.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team and outside providers.
• Use between-session messaging to support patients via Equip EMR.
• Attend treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Maintain active FNP licenses and pursue cross-licensing (cost covered).
• 3+ years outpatient experience with pediatric/adolescent/adult patients; primary care preferred.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and ongoing professional development.
• Effective communication with patients and carers; timely responses.
• Curious, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.
