Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner - Eating Disorders (Oregon-Remote)

📋 Description

• Manage a high-volume patient caseload.
• Provide assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring conditions.
• Implement medication treatment plans in a telehealth clinic.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team and outside providers.
• Use between-session messaging via Equip EMR to support patients.
• Attend treatment team, supervision, and department meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Maintain active Family Nurse Practitioner license and pursue cross-licensing; costs covered by Equip.
• 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in outpatient care.
• Commitment to evidence-based care, ongoing clinical skill development, and professional growth.
• Communicate effectively with patients and carers, and respond to messages promptly.
• Be curious, enjoy learning, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
