📋 Description

• Manage a high-volume patient caseload.
• Provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders.
• Implement medication treatment plans in a telehealth clinic.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and therapists.
• Use Equip EMR to communicate with the care team.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and other duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active NY Family Nurse Practitioner license; cross-licensing as applicable.
• 3+ years of outpatient pediatric, adolescent, and adult care.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and ongoing professional development.
• Effective communication with patients and carers.
• Must be licensed in New York.
