📋 Description

• 100% virtual Telehealth platform treating children and adults with eating disorders.
• Part of a 5-person multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Must be licensed in New Jersey.
• Manage high-volume caseload; provide assessments and diagnoses.
• Implement medication treatment plans in a virtual clinic.
• Use Equip EMR; participate in team meetings; perform other duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active NJ FNP license; cross-licensure as applicable (costs covered).
• 3+ years of outpatient experience with pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and ongoing professional development.
• Effective communication with patients and carers; timely responses.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
