Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner - Eating Disorders (CST)

📋 Description

• Manage a high-volume patient caseload.
• Provide assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
• Implement medication treatment plans in a virtual telehealth clinic.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, therapists, and mentors.
• Use between-session messaging via Equip EMR to support patients.
• Engage in treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Maintain active FNP licenses and pursue cross-licensing as applicable (license costs covered).
• 3+ years experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult outpatients; Primary Care preferred.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and ongoing clinical skill development.
• Communicate effectively with patients and carers; respond to messages promptly.
• Curious, eager to learn, and collaborative in a multidisciplinary team.
