🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years telehealth, crisis management, or call center experience
• Training in assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning
• Learn and demonstrate mastery of clinical policy and protocols
• Work well under pressure with professionalism and maturity
• Exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision; licensure preferred
• Schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends
