  • Lead global carrier and numbering supplier relationships to support Twilio's connectivity strategy.
  • Own international carrier relationships for voice and phone-number access; ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with Product/Engineering/Sales/Legal/Support to translate connectivity needs into execution.
  • Define supplier selection, contracting, pricing, margins, and commercial strategy for voice and numbering.
  • Build country-specific regulatory knowledge (KYC, numbering, emergency calling, GDPR, Ofcom/FCC).
  • Monitor voice KPIs (ASR, ACD, PDD, MOS) and optimize routing and cost.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience building relationships with global partners/stakeholders in carrier relations and business development.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to drive projects forward in ambiguous circumstances.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
  • 2-4 years in voice telecom wholesale, CPaaS or carrier partnerships.
  • Ability to balance long- and short-term goals by evaluating impact on the business.
