Ensure adherence to provisioning guidelines; provide timely updates
Develop formal project plans; keep them current for customers
Use templates and systems to keep customers updated; maintain tracking databases
Educate customers on product complexities; set expectations and monitor status

🎯 Requirements

2-5 years in project management
2-3 years in telecom tech (Cable, Data, Internet, SD-WAN)
2-3 years implementing with carriers (CLECs/ILECs/RBOCs)
IP addressing and Layer 1 handoffs understanding
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills
