🎯 Requirements
- Significant TechOps/IT Ops experience, incl leading a small team
- Track record of owning and delivering technical projects hands-on
- Strong experience with Google Workspace, macOS fleet management (Kandji/MDM), and IAM
- Scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Zapier, n8n)
- Information security/compliance knowledge (ISO 27001, SOC 2 or Cyber Essentials)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
