Triage tickets and incidents; escalate and document resolutions.
Provide in-person and remote support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android.
Image, provision and recover devices; maintain asset tags and inventory.
Contribute to knowledge base with step-by-step guides and onboarding checklists.
Support store hardware: POS terminals, tablets, kiosks, scanners.
Participate in store rollouts/refreshes and verify system changes.

🎯 Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed degree in IT/CS or related field.
Technically curious student or early-career professional.
Available June 8 – July 31, 40 hrs/week at Beverly Hills HQ.
Familiar with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
Interest in device lifecycle, MDM, packaging and deployments.
Able to collaborate across Help Desk, Retail Ops, Client Eng and IT Ops.
