Provide in-person and remote support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android.
Image, provision, and recover devices; maintain asset tags and inventory.
Contribute to knowledge base; write onboarding checklists.
Rotate across Help Desk, Retail Ops, Client Engineering, IT Ops.
Learn device lifecycle, store systems, MDM, and packaging.

🎯 Requirements

Education required.
Hands-on IT ops across help desk, retail ops, client eng and IT.
Must be available June 8–July 31; 40 hrs/week in Beverly Hills.
Able to work across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
Familiar with MDM, device imaging, provisioning, packaging.
Asset inventory, store systems, and runbook development.
