- Excellent direct sourcing and candidate engagement in competitive markets.
- Strong organizational skills; manage multiple hiring streams.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management; LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
- Experience hiring in consulting, financial services or tech orgs.
