  • Proactive sourcer who finds talent beyond inbound applicants.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for partnerships.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
