🎯 Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of customer-facing technical support
  • Hands-on with Google Workspace, Chrome OS, and Windows 10/11
  • Strong home Wi-Fi and ISP troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
  • Empathetic and patient, with de-escalation skills
  • Adaptable in a startup environment
