Technology Risk & Continuity Analyst

📋 Description

• Map critical service dependencies and document recovery via the BIA.
• Support BC and Incident Response Plans through reviews and exercises.
• Maintain incident and recovery documents and program metrics for stakeholders.
• Administer Riskonnect Resilience platform and vendor relations.
• Monitor IT incidents and produce incident summaries and reports.
• Coordinate security awareness programs and phishing simulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Risk Mgmt, or related field
• 2–5 years in cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery, or IT risk
• Familiarity with resilience or GRC platforms (Riskonnect)
• Ability to manage LMS and security awareness programs (e.g., Learning Pool)
• Understanding of incident management frameworks and ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of risk-based due diligence, audits, and vendor risk
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration
• Certifications such as ABCP, CBCP, Security+ preferred
