🎯 Requirements

8-12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house preferred)
Experience partnering with hiring teams as a trusted advisor
Strong initiative and ability to navigate evolving environments autonomously
Proven track record engaging passive talent and building pipelines
Data-driven recruiting using market trends and internal metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication; trusted advisor to stakeholders
