📋 Description

  • Build and execute a systematic co-sell motion with priority tech partners.
  • Drive sourced and influenced revenue through proactive outreach and joint solution positioning.
  • Act as GTM connective tissue across Sales, CS, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product.
  • Represent Airship at partner events and ecosystem forums to generate opportunities.
  • Track and report partner pipeline and revenue using market tools (e.g., Crossbeam).
  • Operationalize tech alliances; lead daily relationships and joint business planning with key partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or channel sales in SaaS or MarTech.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate partner-sourced pipeline and/or influenced revenue in quota-driven roles.
  • Existing network of technology partners and ISVs relevant to MarTech (CDPs, Marketing Clouds, cloud platforms).
  • Strong commercial acumen; ability to connect partner activities to measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Ability to articulate integration use cases, API-based workflows, and data flows without being an engineer.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing in a SaaS environment.
