🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or sales management
- 7+ years of sales, channel sales, or business development
- Experience in real-estate ecosystem
- Familiarity with workplace tech like BMS, sensors, access control, analytics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Strong indirect revenue and lead generation knowledge
- Go-to-market strategy experience with 3rd parties
- Proactively generate leads and manage quota
- Team player with high performance in dynamic env
- Excellent selling and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce
- Hospitality industry experience is a plus
