📋 Description

  • Build global hardware OEM channel partnerships to grow ARR
  • Position Appspace as leader in Modern Workplace with partners
  • Drive OEM ecosystem awareness via events, strategy, speaking
  • Generate co-sell opportunities with consultants and leaders
  • Establish Appspace as a recognized partner in your portfolio
  • Educate partners on products, programs, and enablement tools
  • Educate internal teams on embedded products and demos
  • Identify coinvestment opportunities to boost awareness
  • Provide weekly revenue forecasts and pipeline updates
  • Create campaigns to differentiate Appspace from competitors
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and product

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or sales management
  • 7+ years of sales, channel sales, or business development
  • Experience in real-estate ecosystem
  • Familiarity with workplace tech like BMS, sensors, access control, analytics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Strong indirect revenue and lead generation knowledge
  • Go-to-market strategy experience with 3rd parties
  • Proactively generate leads and manage quota
  • Team player with high performance in dynamic env
  • Excellent selling and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Salesforce
  • Hospitality industry experience is a plus
