- Lead day-to-day coordination across vendors, engineers, and clients
- Track workflow using Excel, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet
- Oversee satellite service, roof surveys, cellular devices, WLAN gear
- Oversee circuit installs, testing, and turn-ups for satellite/DIA circuits
- Liaise between field resources and network engineers; activate sequences
- Provide updates and maintain site status logs and milestones
🎯 Requirements
- 4-8 years PM experience in technology/infrastructure
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Monday.com and Smartsheet
- Familiar with satellite service, SD-WAN, and WLAN devices
- Knowledge of circuit installations, testing, and turn-ups
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication; stakeholder management
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
