📋 Description

• SME on front-office trading tech (OMS, Execution, Settlement).
• Lead technology implementations from requirements through go-live.
• Optimize front-to-back trading workflows across asset classes.
• Partner with stakeholders to document current/target processes and drive improvements.
• Manage system-to-system integrations, including front/middle/post-trade.
• Leverage FIX-based integrations for trading workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in broker-dealers or banks, supporting front-office tech.
• Expertise in front-office trading tech: OMS, Execution, Settlement.
• Knowledge of front-to-back workflows across Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives.
• Proven experience delivering tech implementations or integrations.
• Data governance in relational databases (RDBMS).
• Familiarity with FIX Protocol for electronic trading.
• System-to-system integrations across front-office to post-trade.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Zephyr, GitLab, Confluence; Agile/Waterfall/hybrid.
