Technology Design Manager (Data Centers)

📋 Description

• Lead the design process for Data Center Fit Outs (White Space).
• Manage Architectural, MEP, and LV/IT infrastructure designs.
• Ensure designs meet performance, efficiency, scalability.
• Support Fit Out construction to ensure accurate implementation.
• Serve as primary design contact per project with stakeholders.
• Travel up to 30% to data center sites.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in data center design/engineering.
• Knowledge of cooling, power, network, LV/IT in data centers.
• Experience with large-scale, high-density data centers and cloud infra.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PM skills; delivery on time and budget.
