Define technical blueprint for data, AI, and platform capabilities.
Partner with leaders across Investments, Tech, Finance, Ops, Risk, and Data Governance.
Build and mentor a high-performing data engineering team.
Enforce best practices in data architecture, testing, observability, release, and governance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
16+ years in data engineering/architecture with leadership.
Deep domain expertise in investment management or financial services.
Proven data modernization with Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift/Databricks.
Strong SQL, Python; cloud ecosystems; Kafka or Kinesis.
Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and data governance, security, and lineage.
