Plan and execute lab builds and tests; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Develop test protocols and perform experiments, recording data and results.
Manage labs: setup, operation, maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
Interact with suppliers/vendors; prepare materials and documentation as needed.
Support device development through hands-on lab work and assembly tasks.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years in related field; OR Associate/College Diploma + 6+ years; OR 8+ years.
Hands-on lab experience: device assembly, prototyping, fabrication, testing.
CAD software proficiency (SolidWorks or similar).
Familiar with design controls and documentation; ISO 13485/QSR a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
