🎯 Requirements
- Aerospace/precision manufacturing experience with high-stakes hardware.
- Hands-on additive operations experience (powder-based preferred) in production.
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute work instructions.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to manufacturing engineering.
- Experience operating LP-DED or similar laser/powder additive processes.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and implementing process improvements.
- Previous involvement in onboarding/integration of new technology.
