📋 Description

• Own docs for Fastly products from kickoff to publication with PMs/engineers.
• Write and maintain tutorials, how-tos, references, and explanations.
• Improve information architecture to make docs easier to navigate.
• Review teammates' work for clarity and style alignment.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client Services to stay accurate as products evolve.
• Support engineers and developers with content reviews and guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; typically 4+ years exp.
• Experience writing for diverse technical audiences (devs, security engineers, DevOps, leaders).
• Break down projects into tasks; plan, estimate; meet deadlines; own work.
• Strong docs-as-code: Git, Markdown/MDX; code-review workflows.
• Growth mindset: seek feedback, apply it, and help others improve.
