Turn complex technical information into clear, effective docs.
Deliver docs for threat prevention and business enablement portfolio.
Collaborate with SMEs in Engineering, Field Support, Sales, and Product Marketing for accuracy.
Establish doc standards, style guides, and terminology for consistency.
Lead and mentor the technical writing team; oversee scheduling and timely delivery.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years technical writing; Bachelor’s in Communications/Technical Writing or equivalent.
Demonstrated leadership mentoring cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
REST API docs; OpenAPI/Swagger; JSON.
Advanced JIRA and Confluence for workflow management.
Strategic, audience-centric content aligned to user needs.
