Provide technical instruction on Zscaler products to customers, partners, and alliance participants
Configure and troubleshoot training environments for Zscaler products and ZCP
Manage class rosters, attendance, and post-class surveys
Provide support and assistance to students as needed
Review and provide feedback on new courseware and hands-on exercises

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in technical training
Bachelor’s in tech with minor in communications or equivalent certs
Excellent oral, written, analytical, and organizational skills
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with the ability to tailor training to the target audience
