🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, HR, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or technical training.
Experience delivering technical or IT-related training programs.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps or modern software development practices.
Certifications in Instructional Design or Learning & Development.
