📋 Description

• Drive training on security operations policies and incident response.
• Create curricula from sources including processes, docs and policies.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure curriculum accuracy.
• Instruct participants in classroom and remote labs.
• Keep course material updated to reflect current features.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of cybersecurity experience.
• 1+ years creating content for technical training.
• Hands-on LMS experience for content creation.
• Strong spoken and written English communication.
• Experience with Jira is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking to large groups.
• Current cybersecurity certifications a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
