Create curricula from multiple sources: ops policies, engineering docs, field service
Collaborate with SMEs to ensure curriculum accuracy
Coordinate with internal teams to reflect current product features
Instruct participants in classroom and hands-on labs via remote training
Keep course docs updated to stay accurate

🎯 Requirements

1+ year in cybersecurity and training content
Hands-on LMS experience for content creation
Excellent English, strong communication
Jira experience is a plus
Translate complex concepts into simple narratives
Comfortable presenting to large groups
