- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract technical talent
- Own proactive sourcing for engineering, data science, AI and credit risk roles across pipelines
- Identify, engage, and nurture active and passive candidates across the market
- Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to define role requirements
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within our ATS (Ashby)
- Conduct market mapping and talent research for hiring strategy
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar talent-focused role
- Proven experience sourcing for software engineering or technical roles
- Comfortable owning multiple pipelines simultaneously
- Strong understanding of how to find and engage passive technical talent
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve how you work
- Data-aware, using insights to improve sourcing performance
