📋 Description

  • Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract technical talent
  • Own proactive sourcing for engineering, data science, AI and credit risk roles across pipelines
  • Identify, engage, and nurture active and passive candidates across the market
  • Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within our ATS (Ashby)
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research for hiring strategy

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar talent-focused role
  • Proven experience sourcing for software engineering or technical roles
  • Comfortable owning multiple pipelines simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of how to find and engage passive technical talent
  • Curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously improve how you work
  • Data-aware, using insights to improve sourcing performance
