🎯 Requirements

- Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles and industry trends.
- Build robust pipelines via creative sourcing; cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Excellent verbal/written communication; engage candidates and stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with leaders to define recruiting strategies and act as a trusted advisor.
- Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite; Claude Cowork a plus.
