  • Own end-to-end recruitment from job approval to onboarding.

  • Manage 15-20 roles concurrently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Use data to optimize recruitment processes and track metrics.

  • 5-8 years in fast-paced environments; experience hiring AI/Software/Hardware.
  • Strong understanding of technical and non-technical roles and industry trends.
  • Build robust pipelines via creative sourcing; cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication; engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with leaders to define recruiting strategies and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite; Claude Cowork a plus.
