🎯 Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting Dialup internet, transport, or IP network tech.
- Experience with Excel, Word, Access, Visio; WAN/LAN tech preferred.
- Knowledge of telecommunications technology, products and services.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and staff.
- Education: Associates degree or equivalent; 1-3 years telecom experience.
