📋 Description

  • Troubleshoot Level I and some Level II issues on voice-switched and IP networks.
  • Report to Technical Support Manager and coordinate with other teams.
  • Document all calls via the ticketing system.
  • Explain complex technical issues clearly to customers.
  • Respond professionally to internal and external customers.
  • Monitor in-service systems and respond to major events.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience troubleshooting Dialup internet, transport, or IP network tech.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Access, Visio; WAN/LAN tech preferred.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications technology, products and services.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers and staff.
  • Education: Associates degree or equivalent; 1-3 years telecom experience.
