📋 Description

  • Respond to help desk tickets; assist users with hardware and software issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems with computers, printers, network, and IT equipment.
  • Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and software for new and existing users.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on systems and software for performance and security.
  • Maintain records of support requests and IT assets; update knowledge base articles.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points).

🎯 Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in information technology or related field.
  • 1–3 years IT support experience.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software in Windows and macOS.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS concepts preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service.
