🎯 Requirements

- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software in Windows and macOS.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS concepts preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
