π― Requirements
- English β C1 or higher; comfortable with US-based teams
- Russian β fluent for internal communication
- 2+ years leading a Technical Support team
- Experience leading teams of 5+ engineers
- Strong understanding of support ops and metrics (SLA, CSAT)
- Proven ability to coach and develop engineers
- Experience using metrics to drive operational decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt skills
