🎯 Requirements

  • English β€” C1 or higher; comfortable with US-based teams
  • Russian β€” fluent for internal communication
  • 2+ years leading a Technical Support team
  • Experience leading teams of 5+ engineers
  • Strong understanding of support ops and metrics (SLA, CSAT)
  • Proven ability to coach and develop engineers
  • Experience using metrics to drive operational decisions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt skills
