  • Fluent German
  • Experience supporting VoIP/telecom/UCaaS in tech support or operations
  • Strong understanding of VoIP concepts, including SIP signaling and call routing
  • IP networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, NAT, VLANs, QoS, LAN/WAN)
  • Experience troubleshooting real-time communications issues (audio quality, dropped calls, routing)
  • Strong English communication; explain complex tech to technical and non-technical audiences
