📋 Description

  • Serve as first contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and tickets.
  • Meet SLAs for response times.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with the Hypori VMI platform.
  • Troubleshoot Android workspace access, app configuration, and cloud connectivity (AWS).
  • Log, track, and manage support tickets; document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Deliver end-user training on Hypori platform usage and security best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen.
  • DoD Security Clearance (SSBI) required.
  • IAT Level II certification (Security+).
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software; AWS, Linux, Android; cloud solutions.
  • 1+ year experience as a Customer Support Specialist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
