📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
  • Strong commitment to delivering best-in-class support.
  • Able to work closely and effectively with others.
  • Patient, curious, detail-oriented and eager to problem solve.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator.
  • Shift flexibility with five 8-hour shifts per week (Mon–Sun).
